πΈ CLMMRH-DOH Cancer Care Center Breast Cancer Awareness Month Kickoff πΈ
On October 1, we officially began our Breast Cancer Awareness Month celebration with a Holy Mass presided over by Rev. Fr. Joachim Eugene Ma. G. Ablanida, accompanied by our dedicated CLMMRH Admin staff, OPD staff, Cancer Center staff, and consultants. After the Mass, the cash and gift packs donated by the UNO-R Campus Ministry were turned over to the Cancer Care Center. The celebration was made even more meaningful as we gathered with our beloved cancer patients for a simple fellowship, sharing of food, and encouragement.
As part of the activity, the gift packs were also distributed to our admitted cancer patients, a small gesture to remind them that they are not alone in their fight.
Breast Cancer Awareness Month is a time for us not only to raise awareness but also to show compassion and solidarity with those who are bravely facing cancer every day. π
Together, let us continue to spread hope, encourage regular screening, and strengthen support for our patients and their families. π
