Slow Food Earth Market Dinner 🌿
Lanai by Fresh Start, in partnership with the Slow Food Community of Negros Island Earth Markets, is hosting a dinner with Chef Don Baldosano of Linamnam, Tatler’s Rising Star 2024 and Chef Stephan Duhesme of Metiz, #48 Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants 2023.
Together they will prepare a course menu featuring ingredients locally found in Negros Island— from organic farmers to fishermen, and the many Slow Food communities. The menu will also spotlight ingredients from Slow Food’s Ark of Taste catalogue.
Chef Don and Chef Stephan will explore Negros Island and discover its food biodiversity, as part of their effort to elevate and showcase these ingredients that are uniquely Negrense through their distinct culinary techniques.
Limited slots available at PHP 3500, per head. There will a natural wine pairing option with the course menu for an additional fee.
