Our young learners explored the world of healthy eating through fun and interactive activities! From building their own food pyramids to sorting Go, Grow, and Glow foods, the children learned how different foods help give us energy, build our bodies, and keep us strong and glowing. 🌾🍌🐟

We brought the lessons to life through playful hands-on experiences like smashing pretend fruits, twirling spaghetti noodles for fine motor practice, and watching vibrant color bursts that sparked their curiosity and attention. Through every squeeze, squish, and swirl, the children not only learned about nutrition but also strengthened their coordination, focus, and creativity.

Learning has never been this tasty and exciting! 🍎💪🌽
