The Cover Design Contest is open to all Medical Technologists/ Medical Laboratory Scientists. The concept must be original. The winning entry is entitled for 1 Slot FREE (Live-Out) for PSMLS 2018 Summit on May 30 to June 1, 2018 @ Midas Hotel, Pasay City. Only one will be declared as the winner to be used as the Official Cover Design for Souvenir Program. Judging will be based on: 50% FB Likes and 50% Officer's votes. Deadline of Submission is on March 30, 2018. Online voting will start on April 1, 2018.Please send to photospsmls@yahoo.com

Article XV. MEMBERSHIP DUES
1. Initial membership fee is Php300.00
2. Annual renewal fee is Php200.00
3. Expired membership is back to initial membership fee
4. Replacement of lost ID is Php150.00
5. Membership can be paid up to three (3) years or pay Php500.00. It is secured for any increase.
6. All pioneering Board of Directors, Honorary Member and Senior Citizens are given lifetime membership.
7. Senior Citizens may pay P500.00 membership fee for the first time for his/her lifetime membership.

Another update and for all near expiry license: Sa mga magrenew ng PRC ID na walang certificates or w/ cpd units, pwede po magbigay ng notarized oath of undertakings na magkucomply cla sa next renewal period. As per MT secretariat for cpd until the end of this year 2017.
