Why we celebrate International AIDS Candlelight Memorial?
-Remember those lost to AIDS
-Support those living with HIV by raising awareness, educating people about HIV/AIDS, its transmission, and prevention, reducing stigma, romoting understanding, acceptance, and inclusivity for people living with HIV.
-Supporting the rights of people living with HIV and promoting access to healthcare and treatment.
-Bringing people together to show support for those affected by HIV/AIDS.
- Building hope thru celebrating progress in HIV treatment and care, while acknowledging the ongoing need for action.
The International AIDS Candlelight Memorial serves as a reminder of the importance of continued efforts to combat HIV/AIDS and support those affected by the disease.
