January is National Birth Defects Awareness Month, a time to raise awareness about conditions that can affect a baby’s health even before birth.

Many birth defects can be detected during pregnancy through proper screening and imaging. Though some may not be grossly evident before birth and remain undetected. A Perinatologist or a Maternal-Fetal Medicine specialist plays a key role in early identification of risks, recommending appropriate prenatal tests and monitoring, preemptive and dynamic management of high-risk pregnancies, and planning holistic care to reduce complications for both the mother and her baby.

Should a birth defect be detected, early management allow families to receive counseling, coordinate care with specialists, and plan the birth with improved preparedness and better outcomes.

Praise God, our machine is now fully functional and back in operation. We are happy to inform you that ultrasound services will resume tomorrow, and our clinic is officially open to accommodate patients once again.

Today something unexpected happened.
Power fluctuations. Flickering lights. Ultrasound machine damaged. 😞

We feel bad that due to the power problem and the subsequent ultrasound machine malfunction, we were not able to attend to you earlier today.

Tomorrow we will have it fixed, but we do not know yet how long it will take.

Please bear with us. Kindly coordinate with our secretary for updates regarding the possible change in your appointment date and time.

Please help us pray power will be restored, and our equipment will be fixed. So we can continue to serve you.
