Guidelines for Digital Slogan Making Contest
1. General Mechanics
β’ Entries: One representative from each of the eight college programs and two SHS year levels.β’ Originality: Submissions must be original, unpublished, and not plagiarized.
β’ Theme Adherence: The slogan must strictly adhere to the designated theme.
β’ Format & Size: Entries must be submitted in digital format (PDF). Common size requirements, A4.
β’ Length: Entries should be concise, restricted to a maximum of 10β15 words.
β’ Language: Entries must be in English.
β’ AI Policy: The use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) software for designing or writing is strictly prohibited.
β’ Tools: Participants may use design software like Canva, Photoshop, or other digital tools.
2. Submission Guidelines
β’ File Naming: Files should be submitted with a specific format: "LastName, FirstName, SloganTitle".
β’ Submission Method: Entries will be submitted via Outlook to agenita@riverside.edu.ph.
β’ Deadline: Adherence to the stipulated time frame is mandatory; late entries will not be accepted.
3. Judging Criteria
β’ Relevance to the Theme (30%): How well the slogan conveys the theme.
β’ Creativity and Originality (30%): The uniqueness of the design and text.
β’ Impact and Clarity (20%): How memorable and clear the message is.
β’ Visual Design (20%): The aesthetic appeal of the digital output.
4. Disqualification Rules
β’ Plagiarized, copied, or previously published work.
β’ Offensive, vulgar, or inappropriate content.
β’ Entries that exceed the word count or violate file format rules.
β’ Submissions made after the deadline.
5. Prizes and Intellectual Property
β’ Prizes will be awarded to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners.
β’ By submitting, participants grant organizers the right to use the entries for awareness, promotional and or educational purposes.
6. Winner Announcement
β’ Winners will be announced on February 12, 2026 @ 4:00 PM, through the Riverside College Student Formation Office official page.
