Municipal Level 51st Nutrition Month Celebration in cooperation with the Rural Health Unit of Bacong and LGU Bacong 🍆🥦🥒🥕🥔🌽

Advocating for Nutrition and Food security to ensure that we are in line with the vision of reducing Malnutrition in all forms across all ages.

With the active particiapation of our front-liners (Barangay Health Workers and Nutrition Scholars), it made this celebration even more exciting and worth remembering! A showcase of talent in cooking nutritious food and Dancing to promote active and healthy lifestyle!

Implemented PUROKALUSUGAN in Barangay Sacsac Bacong, Negros Oriental together with the Barangay council headed by the Hon. Corazon Tindog, with PHN Mrs. Jocelyn Tañara, NHWSS health personnel, Barangay Health Workers, BNS, and the recipients of the different health services, the residents of the Barangay.

PINTAYO: A bisyo free Pilipinas was first conducted in the Municipality of Bacong
in which the selected teens are asked to
create an artwork based on the theme given.

This activity wouldn't be a success without the people who shared their resources, talent and time.
