"Siblings Matter: Helping Every Child Feel Seen and Supported"

This FREE webinar is designed for parents and caregivers of both neurotypical and neurodivergent kids. We know how tough it can be to balance the needs of siblings—sometimes one child needs extra care, attention, and support, which can unintentionally leave the needs and well-being of neurotypical siblings overlooked. Let’s talk about how we can support both sides and create a healthier balance at home.

What you'll learn in this webinar:

✅ Understand the unique dynamics of sibling relationships between typically developing children and neurodivergent children.
✅ Identify both the short-term and long-term challenges that neurotypical siblings may experience, including emotional, social, and developmental impacts.
✅ Recognize the potential positive and negative traits that can emerge in neurotypical children as a result of having a neurodivergent sibling.
✅ Apply practical strategies to provide emotional support, foster resilience, and promote well-being in their neurotypical children.

Thank you to everyone who joined today’s webinar! We discussed theories and application of Sensory Integration. I understand it might be overwhelming as the presentation has technical elements but to parents and guardians of neurodivergent children, as emphasized in the webinar, you are their number 1 advocate. Understanding Sensory Integration is definitely not easy BUT it is something you are capable of.

I hope the webinar helped you to have an understanding of what sensory integration, sensory systems, general sensory activities, and how to provide sensory-based interventions at home.

We are now offering Handwriting programs starting September 22 and it will follow the Handwriting Without Tears® curriculum. It will be taught by our licensed OT, Teacher Cams, a HWT-trained.

Handwriting Without Tears® features a clean, intuitive design. Students will be able to learn unique letter formations through child-friendly, straightforward language and large, step-by-step models that make learning each stroke simple and fun.
Handwriting Without Tears® engages multiple modalities to bring learning to life. Multisensory activities and manipulatives appeal to all learning styles and provide a hands-on approach to handwriting. It will help students develop writing skills through explicit multisensory, play-based instruction. Students move, touch, feel, and manipulate real objects as they learn the correct habits and skills that are essential for fluid writing.
