FYI... It doesn't matter what your skin type is, because ANY skin type can develop acne. Because acne is a CLINICAL DIAGNOSIS, lab tests are NOT NEEDED to diagnose it. Tests may be done if your dermatologist plans to give special oral meds for acne treatment or other possible diagnosis is considered.
