It took me a while to have the courage to post this because I know people are most of the time skeptical and judgemental. But 1 thing pushed me and made me decide why do I need to feel that way..."HEALTH IS WEALTH."
Yes at first...like them I also doubted, I dont believe that this capsule which is just a Sodium Ascorbate can help my son heal and recover from his Guillain Barre Syndrome.

Day 1, Sept 26 when my son was brought to the Pedia ICU I admit I was afraid to give him the suggested # of capsules (10 caps 2x a day) to be diluted in a glass of water, so I did was I gave him 5 caps only in the morning, and another 5 caps in the evening. When he was transferred to another hospital, I took the courage to give him the 10caps 2x a day suggested intake. We are only allowed to visit him at the Pedia ICU 2x a day. What I did...in a 1.5L water I diluted the 10caps of 24-Alkaline C (removed from capsule) and that served his half day intake of water and another 1.5L with diluted 10caps in the afternoon for the night's intake of water. That was my routine for the rest of his stay at the Pedia ICU until discharge. When we got home from the hospital I gave him 5caps 3x a day total of 15caps intake per day upto 2 months.
A week after discharge he started his therapy so he can walk again. He relearned everything...from walking, stepping on stairs up and down, write, use spoon and fork, brush his teeth...everything that includes force, balance and grip. Session 2 of therapy there was great improvement as per his Physical therapist. An improvement that they won't expect from a Guillain Barre Syndrome patient. An 8-session of therapy, my son only took it for 5 sessions. In short the recovery was fast.
I was introduced to Dr. Roxas of Emcore Dotnet, a neuro-psychiatrist. He himself was amazed by my son's rapid recovery. Dr. Roxas' experience with his other GBS patients usually it took them 2 months after discharge before they can have their 1st step.
1st of November 2018, we tried to walk him for around 1.9-2kms. That was his 1st long walk. There are times he fall, there are times he said "I am tired" so we rest for a time and back to walk again. But thanks God we call it a day and he made it. Nov. 5, he was able to go back to school after a 7-week absence. Of course with close monitoring upto now.
It was a trauamatic experience for me and for my family, for this kid was just like the normal children "makulit, pasaway, malikot" got sick out of nowhere, sudden and unexpected. There was no indication, no fever at all just cough and colds suddenly partially paralyzed waist down to feet. It served as a big lesson that we really have to take care of our body, always boost our immune system. Guillain Barre Syndrome is an auto-immune disorder wherein our immune system attacks itself which affected his muscles and nerves and left him partially paralyzed for almost 2-3 weeks.
At present as his maintenance I give him 3caps 3x a day. Oo magastos, dagdag gastos pero ngayon mas inisip ko "di na baleng gumastos basta healthy ako at ang mga mahal ko sa buhay."
