We are so grateful for having this opportunity to celebrate a wondrous occasion with you all. It was truly magical to see every children and guardian smiling 'til the end of the program. 🥰

It was 4 days before Christmas and everyone was extremely busy, but still had time to celebrate with us. For this, we are eternally grateful. 😍

We are extremely grateful for spending 2025 with amazing people. We have met a lot of amazing people and learned a lot of lesssons, but what we are most thankful for is the community built with love, support, and motivation. ❤

Mindful Mondays! 🚂

ADHD is sometimes hard to diagnose given that kids are naturally hyper and full of energy! We hope that this post can spread awareness and help you learn more on what ADHD is and what the early signs are. ☺️

Here are some other signs of ADHD especially for children:
👉🏻Difficulty sleeping
👉🏻Carelessness/Risky behavior
👉🏻Trouble getting along with peers or making friends
👉🏻Daydreaming
👉🏻Forgetfullness
👉🏻Difficulties in sitting still
👉🏻Excessive talking
👉🏻 Disorganization
👉🏻 Exaggerated emotional responses
👉🏻Appears withdrawn

If you feel like your child may be showing some of the symptoms, we advise for you to schedule a check up with a Developmental Pediatrician. Early Intervention would be very helpful in helping our little ones. 🤗

What is ADHD or Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder? 🤔

It's a neurological disorder involving inattention and/or hyperactivity and impulsivity that impairs with a person's functioning and ability to perform daily activities.

The keywords for them are attention and hyperactivity as most concerns with children with ADHD is their lack of attention/focus and hyperactivity along other signs.

ADHD is manageable. Therapy can improve the way of life and help with managing the signs that hinder a person from different activities. 🥰

Early signs of Autism differ from one child to another. Sometimes, the signs are evident but sometimes they are very vague.

These are some of the signs of Autism. 😊In posting this, we hope to educate everyone in hopes of spreading awareness. Some other signs of Autism are:

👉🏻Building toys in one line
👉🏻Repetitive actions
👉🏻Noise sensitivity
👉🏻Inflexibility in routine changes
👉🏻Inability to point at objects to show interest

Autistic people are often seen with the challenges they experience or the setbacks they encounter, but rarely do people see their superpowers! 🥰 Remember, all superheroes are not ordinary human beings and in order to be one, you have to be extraordinary! 💪🏼

What is Autism Spectrum Disorder? 🤔

It's a neurological disorder where there are noted differences in the development of the brain. It's a broad range which means someone under the spectrum can either have challenges in some areas, but it can also mean that they have special skills that make them a genius! 🤗

Just like every neurotypical person there is, people with Autistm also experience challenges in some aspects in life- it could be through speech or socialization, it could be through having a hard time learning things, or sometimes it could be through accepting changes in daily routines. ☺

What's important is that there are therapies to help improve and assist our children on areas that they need help with. And with continuous learning, society is becoming more accepting of people under the spectrum. ❤
