๐ ๏ธ WHAT YOU'LL DO:
As our Regulatory Officer, you will lead the overall management of production activities across food, drug ingredient, and cosmetic product lines. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Spearheading the documentation and submission process for product registrations and renewals.
- Ensuring full compliance with FDA, BFAD, and other relevant regulatory bodies.
- Monitoring and interpreting regulatory requirements and proactively updating internal teams.
- Coordinating with product development, quality assurance, and production teams to align all regulatory activities.
- Keeping detailed records and preparing reports on the status of each product registration or audit process.
- Serving as the primary liaison with regulatory agencies and third-party auditors.
๐ฏ WHAT WEโRE LOOKING FOR:
Education:
โ
Bachelorโs Degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Food Technology or any Applied Science-related field
Experience & Skills:
โ Proven experience in manufacturing and regulatory roles
โ Familiarity with FDA contracts and legal documentation
โ Background in clinical research or pharmaceutical practices
โ Strong understanding of both scientific and legal frameworks
โ Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills
โ Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines
โ Proficiency in MS Office and technical documentation tools
โ A passion for continuous learning and process improvement
โExcellent written/oral in the English language
