Why are we doing i-fern?

Napagaling nya ang aking karamdamang matagal ko nang iniinda since 2007 (Cervical Radiculopathy). Bumili kami ng Fern-D para hindi magka-COVID, pero more than that ang nakuha namin, dahil bukod sa hindi kami ngka-COVID, nawala din ang dating laging pananakit ng left shoulder ko paakyat sa leeg hanggang ulo dahil sa pinched nerves, bulged discs na meron sa aking cervical spine. Kada kakain ako ng marami, iinom ng cold drinks at kakain ng ice cream, nananakit ang aking balikat, as in namimilipit ako sa sakit.

Mula nung May 2022 up to the present, hindi ko na ito nararamdaman kaya mas nakaka-function ako nang maayos at masayang ishineshare ang goodness ni i-fern sa mga tao!

January 2023 nagpalaboratory ang mister ko si Ramil M. Canano at nakita sa laboratory result nya na mataas ang creatinine level.

Nagpacheck up sya sa Nephrologist at binigyan ng Sodium bicarbonate 500mg 3x a day for 1 month.

After a month halos walang nagbago mataas pa din po.

Malakas ang loob ko na ipahinto na ang pag inom ng sodium bicarbonate at uminom nalang ng IFERN Power Trio. Sinunod ko ang advice sa akin ni Twinkle Tenorio
