This beautiful lady came to my clinic for rhinoplasty, seeking a slightly higher nasal bridge, more symmetric nostril shape, a well-defined tip, and thinner alars.

We did structural rhinoplasty using the patient's own nasal septum and ear cartilage, with ePTFE implant for the bridge. Alarplasty (both alar base reduction and alar flare correction) was combined with alar lift (correction of hanging ala) resulting to a more refined nasal profile. 🪄👃
