The Medical Social Work Department of Baguio General Hospital and Medical Center (BGHMC) is requesting the publicโs assistance in locating the family or relatives of a male patient, approximately 55 years old, 5โ2โ in height, with a dark complexion. He was brought to the hospital wearing gray-blue slacks and a chaleco vest.
The patient took a taxi to go home, but due to difficulty of breathing, he requested the driver to bring him to the Emergency Room this evening. Upon arrival, he was initially conscious and able to communicate, identifying himself as JESUS DE CASTRO, before he suddenly became unconscious.
At present, no further information has been gathered.
Efforts to locate his family are ongoing, with Medical Social Workers coordinating with local government units and concerned agencies.
