4️⃣ Sumailalim sa laboratory o screening (kung kailangan).
Base sa payo ng doktor, maaari kang i-request ng laboratory tests na libre rin at available sa YAKAP Clinic o City Health Services Office (T. Alonzo St.).

𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗚𝗼𝗹𝗱𝗲𝗻 𝗦𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗼𝗸 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱𝘀!
Restaurants and other food establishments were awarded the 'Golden Sandok' by the Baguio City Health Services Office (CHSO) for consistently meeting the high standards of hygiene and sanitation set by Presidential Decree 856, or the Code on Sanitation of the Philippines, in their respective businesses. The 54 establishments also went beyond minimum requirements to actively ensure a clean and healthy environment, thereby minimizing the risk of disease transmission and contamination.
The CHSO Environmental Sanitation Division identified the top 3 food establishments in key areas and Health Districts. Sanitation Inspectors selected establishments in their assigned areas that have been consistently compliant during scheduled and surprise inspections. The selected establishments were then set for a final validation inspection by a team led by Engr. Albert Pay-an, the Sanitation Division chief, before including them in the list of Golden Sandok Awardees.
Among the list of verifications is the cleanliness of the kitchen, dining area, and comfort rooms. Proper food storage was also thoroughly checked, including water potability. The team also ensured that all workers have undergone a food handlers training and issued a certificate by the CHSO.
The CHSO emphasized that this award will encourage restaurants and other food establishments to strive harder in practicing hygiene and sanitation and to challenge others to continue complying with the sanitation code and even go beyond the provided standards.
