🔥 Did You Know? Your Leg Pain Can Reveal *Exactly* Which Nerve Is Irritated

That shooting, burning, or radiating pain down your leg isn’t random—
it often follows a **specific nerve pathway**, helping pinpoint whether the **L4, L5, or S1** nerve root is involved. This is what we commonly call **sciatica** or **lumbar radiculopathy**.

Your symptoms can actually *map out* the problem.

📍 What Your Pain Pattern Might Mean

🔵 L4 Nerve Root
Pain or numbness travels down the **front of the thigh and into the shin**.
You may notice difficulty lifting your foot upward.

🔵 L5 Nerve Root
Pain moves from the lower back into the **outer thigh, down the side/front of your leg, and onto the top of the foot**.
Foot-lifting weakness is common here too.

🔵 S1 Nerve Root
Pain shoots down the **back of the thigh, into the calf, and toward the heel or outer foot**.
Standing on your tiptoes may feel weak or difficult.
