Tummy time matters!

Spending time on their tummy helps your baby build the strength they need for rolling, crawling, and sitting up — it’s a key part of their development.

Some little ones aren’t keen at first, but a couple of well-placed toys can make all the difference! Try popping a favourite in front of them or lying down beside them to keep it fun and reassuring.

Every time your little one is awake take an opportunity to roll them onto their tummy, it is just a position to play in — little and often is perfect.
