Empowering HER: A Holistic Celebration of Women’s Month In honor of Women’s Month, we hosted a comprehensive wellness event catering to 104 individuals: Single Mothers, PWDs, Day Care Workers, and Teen Mothers. Our goal was to provide not just essential healthcare, but a day of dignity, support, and self-care.
1. Critical Health & Wellness Services We prioritized preventative care and reproductive health by offering:
Cancer Screenings: Clinical breast examinations and cervical cancer screenings.
CBE:12 (ALL WITH NORMAL FINDINGS)
VIAA: (ALL WITH NORMAL FINDINGS)
Nutrition & Consultation: Personalized nutrition assessments and professional counseling.
CONSULTATION: 11
Preventative Testing: Confidential HIV testing and counseling.
HIV SCREENED:7 (ALL NON REACTIVE)
Reproductive Health: Family planning services to empower women with informed choices.

2. Essential Provisions & Support To support the long-term well-being and livelihoods of our attendees, we distributed:
Health & Hygiene: Paracetamol, tissues, and Yakult probiotic drinks for gut health.
Sustainability: 140 Seedlings were distributed to encourage home gardening and food security.
3. The "Gift of Rest" Pampering Station Recognizing that many of these women spend their lives caring for others, we provided a space for relaxation, including: Professional massages to relieve physical stress. Manicures and pedicures to boost confidence and provide a much-needed mental break.

𝗧𝗼 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘃𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗲𝗱 𝗰𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
The City Government, including the City Health Services Office shall operate on a Monday to Thursday schedule, from 7:00AM to 6:00PM (Executive Order No. 31).

The CHSO and all District Health Centers will follow the said 4-day workweek EXCEPT for the following DHCs that will still follow the regular Monday to Friday setup:
1. Atab DHC
2. Atok DHC
3. Aurora Hill DHC
4. Pinsao DHC
5. Quezon Hill DHC
6. Engineer's Hill DHC

Malacañang has declared March 20, 2026 a regular holiday throughout the country in observance of Eid’l Fitr, or the Feast marking the end of Ramadan.

In Proclamation No. 1189, the Palace said the declaration aims to “bring the religious and cultural significance of the Eid’l Fitr to the fore of national consciousness, and to allow the entire Filipino nation to join their Muslim brothers and sisters in peace and harmony in the observance and celebration of Eid’l Fitr.”
