About us
EZ Link Outsourcing LTD. is a Business Process Outsourcing company based in Baguio City - the summer capital of the Philippines. Its founders are Philip Tan and Cyril Dulay. Philip has extensive experience in managing local businesses, namely in retail, hotel and restaurant management as well as banking and finance. Cyril’s work experience on the other hand has been a decade of managing a spectrum of several high profile BPO clients and accounts in industries such as retail, banking, medical communications, booking and reservations, ISP technology, mobile app support and data analysis.
We are registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) of the Philippines as a legitimate outsourcing company. Our aim is to provide stellar in back office processing and inbound and outbound voice services at affordable costs. We strive to recruit, train and coach only the best in class talent, so we can focus more on concentrating our efforts at improving your company’s customer experience and drive revenue through results.
