AMSA SLU joins the Smoke-Free Baguio Campaign 🚭

Last February 13, the Baguio City Health Services Office led the destruction of confiscated ci******es, e-ci******es, and v**e products worth P5 million at Malcolm Square.

This effort shows the local government’s strong commitment to public health and its goal of maintaining a smoke-free city.

🎗️ October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month! 💗

Ladies, your health is in your hands — quite literally.
Performing a monthly breast self-exam can help detect changes early and save lives. 🌸

✨ Remember:
🔹 Check your breasts in front of a mirror, while lying down, and during a shower.
🔹 Look out for warning signs like lumps, ni**le discharge, dimpling, or skin changes.
🔹 For menstruating women — do it a few days after your period ends.
🔹 For post-menopausal women — pick a consistent day each month.

👩‍⚕️ Early detection is the best protection. Trust your instincts, and fight with hope for every woman, for every life. 💕
