✨ INTRO TO AERIAL ✨
Thinking about trying aerial but feeling nervous? Here are some beginner FAQs ☁️

Q: Can the hammock carry me?
YES.
Our aerial hammocks are professionally designed to safely support weight — strong enough to carry far more than a full-grown adult 🐘

Q: Do I have to be flexible?
Not necessarily.
Intro classes are designed for beginners brave enough to start their aerial journey ✨
Flexibility, strength, and confidence develop with practice.

Q: Do I need upper body strength?
Nope.
You build strength over time — that’s part of the journey.

Q: What should I wear?
• Shirts with sleeves are preferred
• Leggings or fitted workout wear
• Avoid jewelry, zippers, and lotions before class

Q: What if I’ve never done anything like this before?
Perfect.
That’s exactly what Intro to Aerial is for 💛

Q: Is aerial only for certain body types?
No. AnyBODY can do aerial.

Everyone starts somewhere — and we’ll meet you where you are.
