Grateful for the Opportunity to Share on Healthy Aging

Last October 16, I had the privilege of joining our City Social Welfare and Development Office for a meaningful forum on Healthy Aging, where we discussed practical ways to care for our elders: promoting wellness, nutrition, and cognitive health in our senior years.

And on October 20, I was equally honored to be with the DENR-Region CAR retiring and retired employees, sharing insights on dementia awareness, proper nutrition in the elderly, and osteoporosis prevention: topics close to my heart as we continue to champion graceful and healthy aging.

My sincere thanks to both groups for the warm welcome, engaging discussions, and inspiring commitment to lifelong health.

Aging is not just about adding years to life — it’s about adding life to years. 🧓👵
