Learn and experience modern techniques in bacterial identification and antimicrobial susceptibility testing (AST), including cutting-edge tools like MALDI-TOF and Phoenix.

Celebrate World Antimicrobial Awareness Week

World Antimicrobial Awareness Week is a global campaign that is celebrated annually to improve awareness and understanding of AMR and encourage best practices among the public, One Health stakeholders and policymakers, who all play a critical role in reducing the further emergence and spread of AMR. CLSI contributes to the fight by creating and revising AST breakpoints to meet global public health challenges related to antimicrobial resistance. CLSI’s library of microbiology standards and AST guidelines establish vital performance criteria and best practice guidelines for use in the clinical microbiology laboratory field.
