25 y/o male with persistent severe right upper quadrant abdominal pain with jaundice and icteric sclerae (yellow discoloration of skin and eyes). Ultrasound: to consider obstructive jaundice secondary to common bile duct stone. Underwent laparoscopic adhesiolysis, cholecystectomy, intra-operative cholangiography. Revealed pigment stones, inflamed gall bladder, massive adhesions and patent CBD.

Operation: Laparoscopic cholecystectomy

57 y/o female with on and off moderate to severe right upper quadrant abdominal pain. Ultrasound revealed cholelithiasis. Underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Intra-op findings: multiple sub-centimeter pigment stones, thickened hall bladder wall (inflamed), with intra-hepatic location.

36 years old female with on/off mild to moderate right upper quadrant abdominal pain and ultrasound findings of cholelithiasis. Underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy with intra-op findings of cholesterol stones with one stone lodged at the gall bladder neck area.
