Nakakapagtaka na andaming pinapamudmod na pera—AKAP, AICS, TUPAD— pero simpleng endotracheal tube at gamit sa ambulance sa isang munisipyo dito wala. Ni singkong duling kahit mag McGyver ang doctor o nurse kung walang gamit, mamamatayan sila ng pasyente.

So all these years na tumatanggap kami ng pasyente galing sa mga probinsya, parang nag-Chinese garter pala tong mga HCWs para lang maitawid mga pasyente natin.

Nakakagago lang na ang lulusog ng mga politiko pero yung mga nagluklok sa kanila eh mga tira-tira lang. Kaya masaya na mga tao kahit mawisikan lang ng pawis ng mga political superstars e. Sanay na *wala*.

They’ll watch costs and check hospitals to keep things fair, but funding details are unclear.

Marcos Jr., corrupted by the hunger for power,
bowed before a foreign court,
offering the head of a former leader,
a sacrifice to the altar of his own ascent.

He spat upon the blood-soaked soil
where Filipinos once stood, rifles in hand,
defiant against the weight of colonial rule.

And what of the people?
Some cheer, some celebrate,
oblivious to the echoes of betrayal
that ripple through the land.

Because to them, the traitor was delivered to the judge. Yet to me, the traitor is anyone who thinks that the Filipino people cannot determine his own path.

What have become to the once proud race? Has it shrivelled into a whining dog that has succumbed to its hunger, begging for scraps from its master?

Sagot: basta hindi sa emergency room. Kung maaari namang makapaghintay, magpa-appointment sa outpatient department (OPD) o di kaya sa private clinic.

Wag na kayong makigulo sa mga nakapila sa *emergency* room.
