Narito ang ilang paalala:
⏰ Breastfeed on demand — pasusuhin si baby anumang oras niya gustuhin
👶 Karaniwang tumatagal ang pagpapasuso ng 20 minuto
📉 Habang lumalaki si baby, bumababa ang dalas at haba ng pagpapasuso

Tandaan: Ang madalas at tuloy-tuloy na pagpapasuso ay nakatutulong sa masaganang milk supply ng nanay.

Kung nalubog ka sa baha kahit wala kang sugat sa paa, uminom ng 2 tableta ng Doxycycline 100 mg sa loob ng 24 oras para pangontra sa leptospirosis. Libre ito sa mga health center.
‘Wag na tayong dumagdag sa bilang ng may lepto.
