OPTICAL, MEDICAL MISSION BY PHILRECA

9:00 AM - 12:00 Noon - Optical and Medical Mission @ DUMOL HALL, BENECO SOUTH DRIVE

General Qualifications for Optical Mission – Baguio City
1. Age Requirement – Open to senior citizens, adults, and students (all ages) who need vision assistance.

2. Financial Need – Priority will be given to indigent individuals and those with limited access to eye care services.

Common Mechanics:
1. Registration – Fill out a registration form or attendance sheet on-site.

2. Visual Acuity Test – Undergo an eye examination by a licensed optometrist.

3. Prescription Matching – If eligible, receive a free pair of reading glasses based on the eye test results.

4. First-Come, First-Served Basis – Services and glasses will be provided while supplies last. Mostly for reading glasses, 40yrs old and above.
