Kung may kasamang nangangailangan ng tulong dulot ng matinding init ng panahon, gawin ang mga sumusunod:

💡Ilipat ang pasyente sa madilim at malamig na lugar
💡Tumawag sa Emergency 911 at DOH Hotline 1555
💡Tanggalin ang damit na nakadaragdag sa init ng katawan
💡Palamigin ang katawan gamit ang ice packs, pamaypay, at tubig

Tandaan: ang heat related illnesses ay mapanganib kaya mag-ingat, maghanda, at maging alerto sa init ng panahon! 🌡️
