Dear parents, be wary of videos and tiktoks about health advice such as this. Always consult your doctor

#1: Formula milk and breastmilk are not contraindicated for patients with cough. It will definitely not cause increase in mucus production. 😩

#2: He is correct though in terms of going to appropriate physician/pediatrician for consult

#3: However, not all cough needs appropriate antibiotics since the most common cause of infectious cough in younger kids are viral infections.

PS. Nanaghan na ning mga misinformations kay uso na ang vlogging kay maka kwarta sila but dili ta mutuo dayon. Let's be cautious as parents to such ill-advised videos.
