The event featured a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) ceremonial signing between the City Government of Bais, represented by Mayor Luigi Marcel T. Goñi, and Dr. Angelo Jesus Vicente V. Arias, MD, a psychiatrist from Dumaguete City, who will serve as the program's consultant.
