Have you ever found yourself in a situation where you say this quote or the like to yourself, only to discover that it is easier said than done? And yet, you see people say the same thing to themselves, but manage to do it regardless. The reason for that is that each of us has a unique coping mechanism, and it varies from one person to another. Some may view the problem as a challenge, while others may view it as a situation where there is no way out. Some may solve it easily, while others may not.
But do not be discouraged. We are here to let you know and remind you that stress is inevitable. When we are confronted with overwhelming events, it is natural to feel stressed. However, if you sense yourself being more stressed than you should be, try to be outspoken about it. Tell it to those you know who care about you. If you notice that it will not work for whatever reason, it is best to seek professional assistance, for as we usually say, prevention is better than cure.
