The Hall of Most Outstanding Advisers pays tribute to the remarkable individuals who stood behind every success story, offering not only direction, but inspiration that nurtured leadership and meaningful service.

As we prepare to recognize another exceptional set of mentors, let us first honor those who have already earned their place in this distinguished hall. In 2025, Gerlane Make S. Hipolito, from the College of Social & Behavioral Sciences - Student Government (CSBS-SG) was recognized for the College Student Government Category. Alongside her, John Albert R. Dela Rosa, from the Mga KaSoSci Organization earned recognition in the Student Organization Category, for his dedication in empowering student leaders and fostering purposeful service.

Noong Mayo 12, naging saksi ang bawat isa sa isang makabuluhang yugto ng paghahanda para sa “𝐃𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐥 𝐋𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐨: 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐥 𝐧𝐠 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐏𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐬𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐬” sa isinagawang defense ng programa—isang pagtitipong sumalamin sa dedikasyon, kahandaan, at malasakit ng mga lider-estudyanteng patuloy na nagsusulong ng makabuluhang paglilingkod.

Narito ang ilan sa mga kuhang nagpapakita ng mga sandaling puno ng presentasyon, pagpapalitan ng ideya, at pagpapatibay ng mga planong magbibigay-buhay sa isang gabing magbibigay-pugay sa mga natatanging lider ng komunidad. 🏆

The CSBS Level 3 uniform is a powerful symbol of grit and dedication for future helping professionals. Our students wear it with pride, ready to take advanced psychology and human services courses and their upcoming practicum! ✨

📌 𝗘𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆: Upon enrollment, all regular or irregular BS/AB Psychology and BHuman Services students classified as 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝗿𝗱-𝗬𝗲𝗮𝗿 (i.e., Regular – Third Year or Irregular – Third Year status) by the Office of the Campus Registrar are required to wear the white uniform at the start of each academic year.

📌 𝗥𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿: A two-week grace period from the start of regular classes (i.e., June 22, 2026) will be granted to students who encounter difficulties in purchasing, tailoring, or preparing their Level 3 uniforms. Students are expected to wear their uniforms at all times, especially during major course classes and practicum duties.

Lastly, in accordance with BPSU’s ongoing gender-inclusive mandates, the college permits students to wear the uniform set that aligns with their lived gender identity or s*x assigned at birth. 🌈

Great leadership is not defined by titles alone, but by growth, dedication, and the willingness to serve beyond expectations. This recognition is given to student leaders who have shown remarkable promise in their early journey, proving that leadership potential is built through consistent action, commitment, and genuine service.

As we honor this distinction, we also look back with pride on those who have set the standard of excellence and promise in the past years. The past winners of the Most Promising Student Leader award in 2022 include Josh Mari Bermundo (KAMFIL), Louis James Bautista (CPAGS), and Ram Ray S. Mercado (PSYSOC). In 2023, the award was given to Carlos Miguel Fermin, followed by Christian Joseph Gatdula in 2024, and Andrey De Villa in 2025.

Each of them began as emerging leaders with great potential and, through their dedication and service, proved that promise, when nurtured, leads to meaningful impact and lasting influence. 🌱✨

Now, a new generation of student leaders continues to rise and take their place in this journey of leadership.

Every leader begins somewhere with a first step, a first opportunity, and the courage to rise beyond uncertainty. The Hall of Rookie of the Year recognizes individuals who transformed their first experience in leadership into meaningful service, proving that true leadership is not defined by how long you have served, but about the influence you create and the people you inspire along the way.

As we slowly unveil a new generation of emerging leaders, let us first look back on those who have already earned their place in this hall of excellence. Last year (2025), Marri Josh Elacio from the College of Business & Accountancy - Student Government (CBA-SG) and Marril Joy Barcelon from the College of Social & Behavioral Sciences - Student Government (CSBS-SG) claimed the title of Rookie of the Year, recognizing their passion, dedication, and promising journey in student leadership.

Sa isang pagtitipon kung saan ang pangalan ay may kwento at ang bawat hakbang ay may pinanggalingang laban, kikilalanin ang mga lider na hindi lang naglingkod kundi nagbigay saysay sa kanilang tungkulin.

At sa pagdating ng gabing ito, unti unting mabibigyang tinig ang mga kwento ng dedikasyon, tiyaga, at malasakit na bumuo sa isang komunidad ng mga lider na patuloy na itinataguyod ang pamantayan ng kahusayan.
