GENTLE REMINDER FOR THE BPSU STUDENTS...

Muli po naming pinapaalala ang kahalagahan ng claim stub upang maiwasan ang dagdag na gastos at inconvenience. Ang claim stub po ay patunay na nagpagawa ang estudyante. Ito rin ang magsisilbing iwas pagkakamali sa pagclaim ng mga resultang may magkakapareho ng pangalan. Ito rin po ay aming vineverify sa bawat exam na pinapagawa. Ang bawat estudyante ay may control no. na nakasulat sa claim stub bilang guide sa mga lab personnel upang makasiguro sa individual na magkeclaim at para sa mas mabilis na sistema sa paghahanap ng mga files. Tayo pong lahat ay nag aaral upang maging mga professionals na marunong sumunod sa mga policy ng iba't ibang establishments. Kaya pakiusap po na sumunod tayo sa patakaran ng mga lab na inyong pinagpapagawaan. Ingatan po ang ating mga dokumento . Salamat po sa pag-unawa.

For our REGULAR PATIENTS, WALK INS...
..you can still come at the lab and proceed to Room 1. The queue for the walk ins is different from the BPSU students. We have different registration areas for both clients. Rest assured that you will not need to fall in line with the students. They have a different designated area. The queue you are seeing infront of the lab is allocated for their xrays only. Thank you very much.
