-kung may makita ka na kulay chalk na lesion sa ngipin ng iyong anak, dapat maalarma na dahil iyon ang simula ng pagkasira ng ngipin.
Dahilan? Kung ginagawang pampatulog ang gatas sa bote, hindi maayos na paglilinis ng ngipin, too much sweets, hindi mapag inom ng tubig, ibang gamot o medical treatment.
Ano dapat gawin? Linisin ng maayos ang mga ngipin at ibang parte ng bibig, huwag gawing pampatulog ang dede, limitahan ang intake ng matatamis at starchy food/drink, uminom ng tubig at regular na bumisita sa dentista.
