After practicing yoga for many years, the sequences and poses led me to acquiring a Registered Yoga Teacher certificate with Wise Living Yoga Academy in Thailand, where I discovered that Yoga, in its core, is all about living, loving, and learning. This journey inspired me to share the how-to’s to those who want relaxation, flexibility, focus, and concentration in their lifestyle. Classes are performed on a peaceful, quiet rooftop with an open breeze and fresh air that is conducive to loosening your muscles, relaxing your mind, and boosting your overall health.
