Be part of our advocacy in strengthening mental health support on campus. Join us in spreading 𝐚𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬, 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐦𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚 𝐬𝐚𝐟𝐞 𝐬𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐞 where everyone feels understood and valued.

As we start the academic year 2025-2026, the 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗮𝗻 𝗘𝗻𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝗣𝗮𝘁𝗵 (𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗣) 𝗔𝗱𝘃𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀 invite committed students driven to foster a positive and harmonious Red Spartan community!

By reopening its doors to all bona fide students of Batangas State University, The National Engineering University - Balayan Campus, this 𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 provides a forum to highlight the spirit of support—a camaraderie with natural empathy and compassion.

S.T.E.P Advocates Training-Workshop | April 30, 2025

The Office of Guidance and Counseling recently hosted another Training-Workshop for the new Support Team for an Enlightened Path (STEP) Advocates, which brought together enthusiastic student volunteers dedicated to making an impact in their peers. The training-workshop was held at BatStateU The NEU Balayan EEB Room 6.

Through interactive sessions, meaningful discussions, and hands-on activities, participants obtained new insights, leadership skills, and tools to help them advocate more effectively. The workshop was more than just about learning; it was also about making connections, encouraging action, and cultivating a shared vision for a better future.

A special thanks to our resource speaker, Ms. ANALYN H. VENZON, RGC, for her invaluable support and for generously sharing her valuable insights with the student volunteers. Your expertise was truly inspiring and sparked so much discussion. We're grateful for the time you took to engage with us.

October is Mental Health Awareness Month in the Philippines. This aims to spread awareness to everyone that mental health is an issue that must be talked about and that taking good care of our mental health is important especially to us who are in the field of academe.

In line with this, the Office of Guidance and Counseling in collaboration with Supreme Student Council Alangilan-Balayan, is inviting you to come and join us on our one-day Mental Health Awareness Celebration with the theme, “It's time to Prioritize Mental Health in the Workplace” on October 11, 2024, Friday at BatStateU TNEU Balayan, EEB Building, Ground Floor Hallway, featuring some activities about the essence of mental health such as the Photobooth, Wall of Hope, Sa'Yo Yarn, Bookmarks and Stickers dissemination, and a Mental Health View Board Presentation for everyone.

This aims the goal of providing awareness to the students, employees, and faculty on the importance of taking care of oneself amidst the struggles and stress by the academics.
