Say “YES” to Positivity, Say “YES” to Freedom!
Have you ever been in such a mood where nothing is wrong, but nothing feels right either? You woke up in the morning and want to go nearby park for a walk but you are just like “no I can’t do it, maybe some other day “and it goes on. Well, I must tell you here that we all go through it. There are some days when we feel completely drained, considering ourselves incapable of doing anything. The questions we might ask ourselves in such a situation are, why this is happening to me? Am I lagging in life? Am I not enough for myself? And so on. Now take a pause and analyze the causes which create such a mess in your mind. But remember we all experience negative thoughts at one point or another in life. It’s okay to have them, but if you continue to feed them, they can put you in serious problems like depression or anxiety. Discussing and treating mental illness is as important as physical illness. The su***de rates among men are much higher than among women in many countries.
Now, the question here is how to stop yourself from being negative all the time. Well, the answer lies in the word “positivity” which means thinking in an optimistic manner, looking for solutions, expecting good results and success, focusing, and making life happier. It is a happy state of mind which looks at the bright side of life. It is not wrong to say that “positivity is a choice”. What if we wait for spring to come when there is autumn still?
