For APORs from the national government agencies and their attached agencies, SUCs, GFIs, Provincial and Municipal Government Offices of Aurora:

a) Valid ID; and,
b) Travel order and itinerary

For non-government APORs:

a) Valid ID;
b) Travel order; and,
c) Updated RT-PCR negative test result (valid within 72 hours from the date of issuance)

For resident APORs working outside the province with intent to stay for not more than 72 hours:
a) Valid ID as proof of residency

for more than 72 hours:
a) Valid ID as proof of residency;
b) Updated RT-PCR negative test result (valid within 72 hours from date of issuance)

For resident traders:

a) Valid ID as proof of residency; and,
b) Travel food pass (applicable for deliveries for food items)

For non-resident traders:

a. Valid ID;

For persons passing thru Aurora Province:
a) Valid ID;
b) Travel order/certificate of employment/purchase receipt/purchase order (applicable for persons with essential transactions or deliveries of non-food items);

For returning locally stranded individuals (LSIs) who are legitimate residents:
a) Valid ID as proof of residency:
b) Updated RT-PCR negative test result (valid within 72 hours from date of issuance)

For non-government APORs with essential transactions and will stay within 24 hours or less:
a) Valid ID;
b) Travel order/certificate of employment;

For non-resident who owns real property or business establishment with intent to stay for 24 hours or less:
a) Valid ID;
b) Proof of ownership of property;
c) Business permit/Mayor’s permit (for business operators)

For non-resident who owns real property or business establishment with intent to stay for more than 24 hours:

a) Valid ID;
b) Proof of ownership of property;
c) Business permit/Mayor’s permit (for business operators);
d) Updated RT-PCR negative test result (valid within 72 hours from date of issuance)

For non-resident trial lawyers, witnesses and other individuals attending judicial proceedings in local courts shall be allowed to stay for a period of 24 hours or less:

a) Valid ID;
b) Notice of hearing

-In case the LSI has no updated RT-PCR test negative result, the said person shall undergo 14-day quarantine in the municipal facility.

-In case the traveler will stay for more than 24 hours, travel documents shall include RT-PCR negative test result. The traveler shall be monitored by the concerned LGU and shall be required to return to his/her place of origin upon completion of transactions.

-In cases where travelers wish to enter the Province for official, essential or emergency purposes without sufficient travel documents, the same shall be immediately referred to the EOC Co-Managers for approval of the Provincial IATF Chairman.

-The required RT-PCR test mentioned shall mean nasopharyngeal or oropharyngeal RT-PCR or swab test.

-Travel for leisure and non-essential purposes for non-residents is not allowed.

-Children below ten (10) years old shall be required updated medical certificates issued by a competent medical doctor (government or private) in lieu of RT-PCR tests. However, they must be accompanied by their parents.

-The seating capacity for all types of vehicles prescribed at a maximum of fifty percent (50%) shall be complied with. Vehicles found exceeding this requirement shall be denied passage.

-Ambulances transporting unauthorized passenger/s shall be reported to the respective agencies/LGUs thru the EOC and the passenger/s shall be offloaded at the P*P.
All travelers who are to pass thru the P*Ps shall be issued travel pass slips.

-In case of heavy influx of travelers at the P*Ps, the PHO and PDRRMO personnel shall assist the PNP in the issuance of travel pass slips at the PNP checkpoints.

-All travelers who fail to register and to present the required travel pass slip shall be denied passage.

-The Municipal LGUs are given the discretion to subject the returning resident to either 14-day home or facility quarantine. The concerned Barangay Health Emergency Response Team (BHERT) shall strictly monitor the resident in case the said individual will be subjected to home quarantine procedures.

-The number of visiting owner shall be limited to two (2) persons only per property or business establishment exclusive of one (1) driver. They shall be monitored by the concerned municipal LGU and shall be required to return to their place of origin upon completion of their transactions.
