Drug Test Analyst

Qualifications:
- Graduate of Medical Technology or equivalent and Professional License
- With active certificate as Drug Test Analyst
- Good customer service skills
- Good communication and leadership skills

Job Description:
- Prepares specimen for analysis
- Examines, process, and analyzes specimen for drug testing
- Performs other related duties
- Respects patient confidentiality laws
- To observe quality system at all times

- Provide technical assistance with computer hardware, printer and software
- Resolve issues for staff via phone, or in person
- Log bugs and enhancement requests
- Perform hardware and software installations, configurations and updates as needed
- Create and maintain tips and tricks solutions
- Resolve technical issues in a timely manner using available resources within the company
