Professional Chef/Food Consultant

Jr also known as "The Warrior Chef" have a burning passion for his craft and a natural sense of helping individuals, teams and leaders achieve their goals and contribute to their success.

As of today, Chef Jr braved a 14 -year career in the food industry and held a diverse set of roles in kitchen operations and management, strategy and planning, menu engineering & optimization, kitchen force development and more. He started as a Kitchen Helper to Assistant Cook, Cook Expediter, Chef de Partie and leverage to Sous Chef and to Executive Chef. His most recent executive position was Executive Chef for Holiday Inn Baguio, Pioneer Executive Chef of Six Doors 3D Bbq Buffet and Pioneer Executive Chef of Alta Briza Resort Boracay which he provided comprehensive kitchen planning, structure, policies and procedures. Every kitchen he has gone through was a battlefield and believes that a strategy is nothing without experience.

His core focus is to help others by sharing his expertise and give back to the industry by sharing his knowledge and experience including the business aspect of culinary through mentorship and consultancy.
