We are proud to announce that DOH-Region 2 recently approved the renewal of MERGES DIAGNOSTIC LABORATORY License to Operate (LTO) as a Clinical Laboratory for 2026!

🎃UNDAS SCHEDULE UPDATE🎃

As we take time to honor and remember our loved ones, here's our schedule for the Undas season:

Oct 31 (Fri) - Open from 7 AM to 3 PM
Nov 1 (Sat) - Closed for All Saints' Day
Nov 2 (Sun) - Closed for All Souls' Day

We'll be back to serve you on Nov 3 (Monday), and regular operations will resume.

🚩Election Day Advisory

In line with the National and Local Elections on Monday, May 12, 2025, our Laboratory will be closed to give our staff the opportunity to exercise their right to vote.

Operations will resume on Tuesday, May 13, 2025.

MERGES DIAGNOSTIC Laboratory (MDLab) granted by DOH a License to Operate for the year 2025.

This early approval of our renewal for License to Operate (LTO) for the year 2025 signifies that MDLab adheres and maintains to quality standards mandated by Department of Health (DOH) to all laboratories in the Philippines.
