Ang HFMD ay isang nakahahawang sakit na pinaka nakaaapekto sa mga batang edad 5 taon pababa. Nagdudulot ito ng pagpapantal sa kamay, paa, at singaw sa bibig.

Protektahan ang iyong anak laban sa sakit na ito!
✅ Ugaliing maghugas ng kamay
✅ Iwasang hawakan ang mata, ilong, at bibig
✅ Linisin at i-disinfect ang mga kagamitan
✅ Magpakonsulta agad sa pinakamalapit na health center

Bilang isang doktor, kasama sa tungkulin namin ang magbigay ng paunang lunas sa Emergency Room. Nagpapasalamat ako sa Capas Medical Center at ang administrasyon nito sa pagtanggap sa akin upang maging ER doctor sa buwan ng Hunyo. Maraming salamat sa mga nurses, NAs, at mga staff sa pagtulong sa akin upang maibigay ang serbisyong pangkalusugan sa mga pasyente. Lalong malaking pasasalamat sa mga dumating na pasyente sa kanilang tiwala at pakikinig sa akin.

Here's a quick selfie 😅😊.

Since February, I have been working 5-6 days a week, including 48-hour ER shifts, 8-hour clinic duties, teleconsultations, serving as an Annual Physical Examination Physician, participating in vaccination drives, and working as a Ringside MD for boxing events. There are probably other MD gigs I’ve forgotten to mention.

One thing I strive to be a part of is the surgical ER, which, by God's grace, I got a taste of. It was thrilling. I felt most alive in this work, and I sincerely love it. My heart truly beats for surgery. I get so excited by it all—the adrenaline, the fast thinking, and everything involved. I may be a general practitioner this year, but in the future, I see myself as a surgeon and nothing else. 😬😬

But, of course, if God wills it. 😅😊🙏🏼

That's the only selfie I got from that duty because of the many patients I saw.
