Our first day back at the University of Abra was nothing short of meaningful. Through PANAGSUBLI 2025, we didn’t just return to school—we came back with a renewed sense of purpose, excitement, and unity.

One of the highlights of the day was joining the CPR and emergency response training with the Philippine Red Cross – Abra Chapter. It was both a fun and eye-opening experience, especially for us at YLAH+ (Youth Leaders and Advocates for Health). Learning how to save lives, even in the most basic ways, reminded us how important it is to be ready—not just for school, but for real-life situations.

Aside from the drills and demos, we also got to connect with fellow students and orgs, sharing laughs, taking photos, and just soaking in the energy of being back on campus. Wearing safety gear and trying out rescue tools might have made us look like pros (or at least we tried 😄), but more than that, it brought us together as one community.

PANAGSUBLI 2025 definitely lived up to its name—it was a fresh start, a chance to reconnect, and a reminder that we are here not just to learn, but to lead.
