Job Title:�Building Maintenance Technician

Job Summary: Oversee the upkeep of our building (Bungad Building). This role requires hands-on experience in troubleshooting and repairing electrical and plumbing systems, as well as performing regular cleaning and general maintenance tasks to ensure the building is well-maintained and operating efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct routine inspections of building systems (electrical, plumbing, mechanical)
* Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues (e.g. lights, outlets, switches)
* Address basic plumbing problems (e.g. leaks, clogged drains, faulty fixtures)
*Can do/help with painting and carpentry works
* Perform general cleaning duties in common areas, restrooms, and building exterior
* Ensure proper waste disposal and replenishment of cleaning supplies
* Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of building surroundings
* Report and escalate any major repair or safety concerns
* Assist in other facility-related tasks as needed

Qualifications:
* Proven experience in building maintenance or a similar role
* Working knowledge of basic electrical and plumbing systems
* Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
* Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude
* Physically fit and able to lift/move equipment and perform cleaning tasks
* Good communication skills and a professional work ethic
* High school diploma or equivalent preferred
