𝐀𝐍𝐍𝐎𝐔𝐍𝐂𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓!!!

The Local Government Unit of Batad - Batad Primary Care Facility/ Rural Health Unit in partnership with Philippine National Red Cross will conduct a 𝐁𝐋𝐎𝐎𝐃 𝐃𝐎𝐍𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 𝐀𝐂𝐓𝐈𝐕𝐈𝐓𝐘 scheduled on May 20, 2026 (Wednesday), 7:00 AM onwards, at Batad Municipal Gymnasium.

Interested blood donors are encouraged to take note of the following reminders before donating blood:
1. Have enough rest and sleep;
2. No alcohol or medicine intake 24 hours prior to donating blood;
3. Eat a healthy meal before donating blood (avoid fatty food); and
4. Drink plenty of fluids (water and juice).

Your donation can save lives!

𝐋𝐆𝐔 𝐁𝐚𝐭𝐚𝐝 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐬 𝟑𝐫𝐝 𝐋𝐇𝐁-𝐌𝐍𝐂 𝐌𝐞𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠

5 May 2026 - Earlier this afternoon, the 3rd Local Health Board and Municipal Nutrition Committee (MNC) Meeting was successfully conducted, bringing together key stakeholders to address priority health and nutrition concerns.

Key agenda items included updates on the Health Facilities Enhancement Program (HFEP), environmental and sanitation issues, and the profiling of Barangay Health Workers (BHWs). The 2026 Operation Timbang Plus (OPT) results were also presented, providing an overview of the municipality’s nutrition status.

In response to malnutrition concerns, the Rice Distribution Program of the Provincial Health Office (PHO) for malnourished children was discussed. The meeting also included the evaluation of the Monitoring and Evaluation of Local Level Plan Implementation (MELLPI Pro), along with other relevant matters.

The activity underscored the continued collaboration among local stakeholders in advancing public health and nutrition initiatives.

Ginapahanumdom ang publiko nga maghalong gid sa pagbakal kag pagkaon sang aloy/tulingan nga isda bangod sa report nga kaso sang food poisoning.

Mga Paandam:
- Likawan anay ang pagbakal kag pagkaon sang aloy/tulingan samtang gina-imbestigahang ang kaso ukon report sang food poisoning.
- Magbakal lang sang isda nga preska
- Indi magbakal kon may lain nga baho ukon may discoloration.
- Kun magbakal, ibutang dayon sa ref ukon butangan sang ice; indi pagpabay-an sa mainit nga lugar.
