Job Description
• Petty cash custodian and bank transactions for the branch.
• Handle liquidations and replenishment in coordination with operations.
• Gather, collate, and review timesheets and check against project accomplishment reports to assist in payroll reports/records,
• Manage distribution of payslip from Makati to Batangas personnel
• Coordinate with Makati office all matters pertaining to accounting cash advances, request, and cash deposits.

Requirements
• College graduate of BS Accountancy or related course;
• Computer literate;
• Must be detail-oriented, well-organized, and can multitask;
• Can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment;
• Excellent in oral communication and letter/email correspondence.

I. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Monitoring and responding to customers via email, social media or other known marketing channels and telemarketing.
• Prioritization to deliver the task that may assigned by superior
• Know how to handle customer inquiries and process work orders in coordination with superior; perform office related works particularly document control.

• Perform any other duties assigned by the management from time to time

II. JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
• Educational Requirement:
Bachelor’s (preferred) In any related field; With NDT KNOWLEDGE is an ADVANTAGE.

• Years of experience :
At least 1-2 years working experience in the field of customer service and office related works/ Fresh Graduates may apply

• Knowledge Requirement:
Customer-service, office works and document control.

• Skills Requirement :
Good in oral and written communication skills, High sense of responsibility, Competent on assigned duties, hardworking, excellent on Microsoft office application and has ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.

Radiographic Testing (RT) is a nondestructive examination (NDE) technique that involves the use of either x-rays or gamma rays to view the internal structure of a component. In the petrochemical industry, RT is often used to inspect machinery, such as pressure vessels and valves, to detect for flaws. RT is also used to inspect weld repairs.

Compared to other NDE techniques, radiography has several advantages. It is highly reproducible, can be used on a variety of materials, and the data gathered can be stored for later analysis. Radiography is an effective tool that requires very little surface preparation. Moreover, many radiographic systems are portable, which allows for use in the field and at elevated positions.
