I. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Monitoring and responding to customers via email, social media or other known marketing channels and telemarketing.
• Prioritization to deliver the task that may assigned by superior
• Know how to handle customer inquiries and process work orders in coordination with superior; perform office related works particularly document control.
• Attention to detail
• Perform any other duties assigned by the management from time to time
• Independent worked, pro-active and a self-starter
• Report directly to the Sales Manager
• Customer service and office work oriented: One (1) year (Preferred)
II. JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
• Educational Requirement:
Bachelor’s (preferred) In any related field; With NDT KNOWLEDGE is an ADVANTAGE.
• Years of experience :
At least 1-2 years working experience in the field of customer service and office related works/ Fresh Graduates may apply
• Knowledge Requirement:
Customer-service, office works and document control.
• Skills Requirement :
Good in oral and written communication skills, High sense of responsibility, Competent on assigned duties, hardworking, excellent on Microsoft office application and has ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
• Attitude Requirement :
Thrive in collaborative work environment, Adaptable / flexible, honest, trustworthy, Multi-tasking with strong willingness to learn, can work under pressure, Dependable, Cooperative, Service oriented, Ability to make sound decisions in coordination with superior, with initiative and think logically, able to work in a team and independently.
