First Aid for Sprain? Remember the R.I.C.E. Method!
Whether it’s a sports injury or a simple misstep, sprains can happen anytime. Here’s how to manage it quickly and effectively:

R – Rest: Avoid activities that cause pain.
I – Ice: Apply ice wrapped in cloth for 15–20 minutes every few hours.
C – Compression: Use a bandage (not too tight) to reduce swelling.
E – Elevation: Keep the injured area raised above heart level.

If pain is severe or movement is limited, seek medical attention immediately.
