WORLD HIJAB DAY | February 1

Today, we join the global community in celebrating World Hijab Day—a day that promotes understanding, respect, and inclusion.

The hijab is worn by many Muslim women as an expression of faith, modesty, and identity. In health care, understanding cultural and religious practices helps us provide safe, respectful, and patient-centered services for everyone.

At the Health Services Office, we are committed to:
✅ Respecting all cultural and religious beliefs
✅ Providing a safe and welcoming environment
✅ Ensuring privacy, dignity, and compassionate care

Let us continue building a community where everyone feels seen, heard, and supported.
